I love to work tirelessly at ground level to make people’s property dreams happen. My enthusiasm for real estate is matched only by my passion for boats – I am a competitive sailor and a very active member of the Naval Point Club, Lyttelton. There are surprising similarities in the skills needed in real estate and those needed for successful sailing: manoeuvring under pressure, exercising sound judgement, reading the conditions and cool-headedness when things get choppy. But, when there’s a fair wind and a great sail or sale has been experienced, there’s fun to be had at work and on the water.
